Pilates:

Happy Body Pilates teaches a ‘realistic’ method of Pilates, meaning it is suitable for any ‘body’. Pilates can help to:

  • Improve Posture;
  • Develop core stability;
  • Increase body awareness;
  • Connect with muscles you never knew existed!
  • Reduce stress and anxiety;
  • Improve balance;
  • Move more effectively and reduce pains such as hip & lower back!

You do not need a high level of fitness to do Pilates, Happy Body Pilates classes are suitable and beneficial for every ‘body’, ability and age, which can improve posture, coordination, flexibility, balance, muscle length, breathing control and overall core strength.

Pilates will operate in 8 week blocks. Taster sessions, will be available until the end of September and then a new 8 week block will begin. You choose whichever day and time suits you for your weekly class, however do not worry, if you can’t make a class one week, you can make it up by attending a different class on the timetable, space permitting.

Group Fit:

Group fit is a circuit style strength and cardio class using a mixture of weights, body weight and cardio. The class is 45 minutes long. *Please note we do not have shower facilities on site.

Lunch Express:

A 30 minute HIIT class to get the heart rate up and burn calories!  *Please note we do not have shower facilities on site.
