At Happy Body Studio, we are launching our Women Only Group Personal Training starting in the New Year. This is to bring you a more affordable, but effective way to get into a healthy exercise habit and reap the benefits mentioned below! Nutritional advice will also be issued to help optimise results. Sessions will take place in the welcoming, private and well equipped Happy Body Studio. So what is it all about and why should you do it?
Strength training is one of the best exercises to lose weight and gain strength but many women do not implement this form of training into their weekly activity. So what are the benefits of strength training for women?

Women Only Group Personal Training (6 week Block):
Train twice a week for 6 weeks with Daire in a private & welcoming studio with a maximum of 6 per group to ensure personalised attention. Do not worry if you are a beginner, feeling unfit or haven’t done resistance training before, all exercises will be adaptable for each level and we all have to start somewhere!!
A mixture of strength exercises, targeting all muscle groups with proper focus on form and cardio exercises. This will help you lose unwanted pounds, increase your strength and look and feel the best version of yourself. If you have any questions or hesitations, get in touch for a friendly chat.
