I specialise in helping woman develop healthy habits to allow them to fit exercise into their busy lifestyles.

Based in our private studio, I will design a programme suitable for your body and lifestyle and provide nutritional guidance to maximise results in a welcoming and non-intimidating environment.


Pricing 1:1:

The below pricing also refers to Pilates 1:1 sessions. 1:1 sessions in Pilates can be very beneficial to gaining a greater understanding into body and postural alignment. A 1:1 session is a great stepping stone to joining a full class or alongside your classes to receive a more personalised experience.
