The below pricing also refers to Pilates 1:1 sessions. 1:1 sessions in Pilates can be very beneficial to gaining a greater understanding into body and postural alignment. A 1:1 session is a great stepping stone to joining a full class or alongside your classes to receive a more personalised experience.
