Experience the incredible benefits of indoor cycling classes with Daire at WORK Bootcamp Studio in Kirkliston (above Crown Grove Garage Services- 96 Main Street, Kirkliston). 

Indoor cycling or Spinning as it is most commonly known, is an amazing form of exercise that is suitable for EVERYBODY and all fitness levels. I am very passionate about providing safe but effective classes, mimicking the terrain you would find out on the road which allows us to incorporate various performance systems; climbs, intervals, sprints etc for an effective class. Exactly what spinning is suppose to do. 

I understand it can be daunting joining a class or returning after a break but I like to create a warm, welcoming and supportive environment for all. You are in control of your bike so you can take it a pace that is best for you and build up your confidence. Likewise, if you have experienced spin or road cycling you can take the challenge up a wee bit if you wish. 

🚴If weight loss is a goal, a regular spin class will help you reach that goal! 

🚴 Gentle on the joints – it is a low impact form of exercise, meaning it is gentler on the knees, hips & back;

🚴 Cardiovascular benefits: helps to build stronger heart and lungs, improve your immune system. 

🚴 Medical Health: If you have any particular diagnoses it is recommended to speak to your doctor prior to starting any fitness programme but spinning can help with conditions such as insulin sensitivity, enable better recovery from some cancers & reduce risk of type 2 diabetes. 

🚴Increases power, endurance, speed &strength through the lower body;

Classes located in WORK Bootcamp & PT Studio – 96 Main Street, Kirkliston (above Crown Grove Garage Services)

Tuesday: 09:05am

Friday: 7am

If it is your first class, I will help you get set up on the bike so you can riding in an optimal position and to make sure you are comfortable and answer any questions or concerns  you may have. 

Cost: £8 per class or purchase a 5 or 10 ‘class pass’ on the booking system for the best value.

All classes are 45 minutes

We are considering adding more session times to the timetable, if you are interested but cannot attend the above times, let us know what would suit you! Get in touch to let us know.
