Below is our studio timetable.
Please note, all Pilates sessions are introductory/taster sessions and will run until the end of September and you are invited to attend as many as you like. Once this period will end, Pilates classes will be offered in a series of 8 week blocks and will be bookable directly on the website. The reason for operating in blocks is that it often takes a minimum of 6-8 weeks for your body to begin to connect with the practice, increase your body awareness, learn new habits relating to posture and alignment and maintain them! You choose whichever day and time suits you for your weekly class, however do not worry, if you can’t make a class one week, you can make it up by attending a different class on the timetable, space permitting.
