Foam Roller Workshop with Nicky!
Join Nicky for a 75 minute workshop using the foam roller to help you connect more with your core and challenge your balance and stability. Foam rolling is a form of self-massage, that helps to get rid of adhesions in your muscles and fascia. Adhesions can create points of weakness or susceptibility in tissues and if muscles are not contracting, it can lead to injury and pain. Foam rolling also increases blood flow to your muscles and creates better mobility, helping aid recovery and improve performance. The Roller is an amazing piece of kit and after the workshop you will leave feeling stretched, refreshed and open!
